Our mediation services include the following:

Civil/commercial mediation*

Commercial & business

Contractual disputes, businesses, suppliers, clients, IT disputes, restrictive covenants, professional negligence, commercial negotiations.

Property disputes

Ownership, boundaries, landlord and tenant issues, dilapidations, ToLATA disputes, disputes between co-owners, restrictive covenants, rights of way and other easements.

Estates, wills & trusts

Contested probate, trustee/executor conflict, Inheritance Act claims, proprietary estoppel, family estates.

Shareholder, LLP and partnership disputes

​​​Business breakups, shareholder conflict, financial disagreements, succession planning, and family business issues.

Employment & tribunal

Claims by employees following dismissal enforcing employment rights, contract disputes and disputes in other tribunals.

*A“civil/commercial” dispute will usually involve an assertion of legal rights or duties, claims, counterclaims and defences in which parties have made it clear that they will be seeking decisions and/or remedies from the “civil” courts (High Court and County Court) if the dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement. They do not necessarily have to have a “commercial” element and frequently involve disputes between one or more individuals.

Please note that for regulatory reasons we are not currently authorised to deal with disputes involving children or those requiring a compulsory Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (“MIAM”).
